It is a simple complementary practice inspired by traditional Japanese approaches to Ki — the concept of vital energy or life force.

The method uses gentle finger holding, natural breathing, stillness and awareness. It is based around five harmonies and the traditional concept of the Five Elements.

The emphasis is deliberately on simplicity rather than complicated techniques.

Simple to experience. Simple to learn. Profound in its simplicity.
